end of the first box squat cycle. Look to add at least 5kg to the weights in the next 3 week block. Having a thin(er) waist fucks with your stability on squats big time. Back was giving me trouble so ditched doing good mornings and pumped up the volume of leg curls to compensate.

debrief from the Mount.

Basically its been a mean as trip. The beachs the girls the people meeeean. Except for new years eve I was gone by 5pm :pfft: We worked out I had about 17 beers way too fast. Puked on a poor guys lawn, in the toilets and out the cab window :grin: when I woke up I was in MGs backyard didnt even make it to the tent.

Made up for it today though spending the day down on the main beach got my tan and on and a real sore neck, head was on a swivel. Mt maunganui where even the ugly girls are hot 8)

eaten nothing but maccas this hole trip so time to get back on the bandwagon with the eats and the training. No more beer should see the bodyweight drop quick again.
