Yea bro! I might continue cutting indefintley anything over triple digs is too much for what I want too accomplish.

Tris getting worked overtime=big bench coming my way soon! Got told I got trucker arms just big fuckers. did bench with feet straight out, go for a triple next week.

done something to right rhomboid very painful cramps just sitting up turning etc etc so kept it light and got some volume in. Last minute mad rush to get a few more cuts for new years.

If I did I would be double digs! Perpetual cut til I get into the 93's for next year.

Training catchup

friday- 5x3min rounds on the pads absolutley killed me, was a trial by fire from the oldman didnt expect me to last the first one 8)

sat- shoulders arms

nillitary press

side laterals

rear laterals

vbar pds

incline exts

curls curls and curls.

Shoulders are really rooted atm, so going to keep it hi rep hi set for now get the blood flowing trying to keep them healthy for heavy benching. Going to do a test after Ive recovered from newyears :lol: If I get this new job Ill be spending way more time in the gym so I can focus on getting my weight down then building my strength for the comps this year.

A very brief over view of goals for next year

mar 31 bw 93kg

benchpress 140 raw

deadlift 220 raw

squat 2xbw raw

get the abs out of witness protection :grin: :lol:

Training in "the sweat box" (my garage 8) )

BW circuit x 3rounds

Barbell circuit x 3rounds

heavy bag 2x3min rounds

45 min tech work on the pads

good session to round out the week. Im starting to develop some crisp shots esspecially the 1-2 combo followed by the left hook, learning to snap the hips which makes them really fire through. My outside low kick is getting there but need to develop some more mobility in the hips to make them better. Knees and elbows are my favourites though you get hit by one of those bad boys and your going to sleep :twisted:

flat db press 27.5x12x2 27.5x10x2 - change it up getting stale

incline db press 27.5x6x2

pleased with how dips are going will have to start adding weight now \:D/ when I come back from new years will be moving to a 5day split cant squeeze all I want to do into 4days.

You keen for a train at my gym while you're here? I don't think we gonna make it up the Mount aye, roads get closed off from lunchtime on the 30th, uh there's no way in hell on New Year's Day and you guys make tracks next day...

Yea if the gyms open Im keen! sheet looks like we coming down the night of the 29th \:D/
