EDIT: weigh in this morning 110.9, fark been a while since ive been this anorexic :pfft: down from 123kg however long ago that was!

Trained up at CBC today with big j and steak looking on.

deads- singles with 170, singles with 150

bench- singles with 100

ez curls ss pshdowns

upright row ss db shoulder press

the tyreminator

20 sledge hits

10 squat jumps to tyre

10 pushups

20sledge hits

3rounds

was good to pull 180-190 today kept the rests short sub 1min mostly 30s, got a good swole on.

I need to up mine as I'm the heaviest I've ever been LOL :pfft: Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on perspective) I'm also as lean as I've been while doing SM, so it's going to be a choice of being a light HW @ 110ish or dropping some size to make 105's.

Will add some in following your lead bro!

With that in mind I started training already! :grin:

felt a bit rundown today being my 11th day training straight soooooo.....

went for a run around massey park, for those not living in the ghetto its roughly equal to four rugby fields side by side. Did one lap in 7ish mins, will decrease the time or add alap next time .

then came home and did

"the KO"

heavybag hits 50

burpees 10

situps 10

plate swings 10

oh plate press 10

skipping 100

3rounds did mine a smidgen under 9:30 so finished off with 30secs smashing the f*ck outta the bag. Loving the metcon stuff but damn its hard yakka :puke: back under the heavy stuff tommorow 8)

hi pulls(hook grip)- 100xlots, 120xa few more

superset

btn pushpress-went something like 80xlots, 90x1, 92.5x1PB 100xmiss, 80xlots, 90xlots, 95xmiss

went back and forth between these two for close to an hour, pushpresses are feeling strong so close to triple dig overhead. Real happy to be repping singles with my old pb. Got 95 locked out on right side but couldnt catch the left. Hi pulls good have no idea on technique just try and keep the bar close shoulders over the bar then explode up as fast as I can. Bit of a war session today tore a callous fingers were bleeding and dropped 100k on my head. Good day in the office :twisted:

session 2 of 3 pool session

did an hour in the pool aerobic capacity is dead use to be a regional level swimmer back in the day, all this endurance stuff is bs. I dont know if Ive mentioned it in here yet but im beginning recruitment for the police and I need to get into "shape" for the testing.
