Almost time for new years and me and a few of the boys are going to be heading to the mount for the celebrations. Cant be looking sloppy so im going back to focusing on dropping bf, while building a bit of muscle and keeping the strength up.

BW sitting at 112 this morning reckon I can be close enough to 100 by 01/01/11. Diet wise im taking the paleo approach worked well for me in the past getting lean (back when I was a skinny f*cker :lol: )

Went out and got 5kgs of steak mince and 3kgs chicken thighs, will go out and buy 2 or 3 trays of eggs these are going to be my main protein sources. Carbs are going to stick with fruit aand greens. Basically if a caveman could eat it im going to eat it (although im short on teradactyl atm :grin:) sundays will be a cheat day. If I decide to get a bit adventurous ill follow these rules If it runs, swims or flies away from you EAT IT. If it grew in the ground, on a vine or tree EAT IT!!

just remember to keep those carbs in bro, we want you lean, but not piss weak..maybe even hit up the IF diet brah?

BJ- Carbs are not strong only strong is strong! I find I respond better to low carb if my carbs get to high I tend to gain fat fast.
