i like drinking monsterlow carb

=P~

oooh yes the blue monster is so nice for a low carb no sugar drink .

yum yum yum :nod:

Yeah hard out the monster is the best tasting drink for sure but depending on how finicky you are getting with your diet one thing to remember is that all though it is about 54g of suger less than a normal monster there is still 6.5g of sugar in it which is about 2 tsp & i think is enough to spike your insulin & switch your fat burning off for a little bit? someone else may no more about this though?

Your coke zero, sugar free v, sugar free redbull have 0g of sugar.

I personally find coke zero & sugar free redbull all good with no side effects from them.

Sugar free v for some reason gives me the mean dry mouth which in turn gives you mean bad breath. So i try to not drink these.

I heard it falls from the sky...

For sure man but i think he was more getting at a alternative to have as a treat while dieting. Like when water ain't cutting the mustard.

Here are some of the ingredients in Coke Zero.

Food acid 331 - aka Sodium Citrates. This is used as an anticoagulant of blood stored for transfusion.

Food acid 338 - aka Phosphoric Acid. This is used for rust removal.

Sweetener 951 - aka Asapartame. Plenty of studies out there on this bad boy.

Aspartame is a methyl ester of the dipeptide of the natural amino acids L-aspartic acid and L-phenylalanine. Under strongly acidic or alkaline conditions, aspartame may generate methanol by hydrolysis. Under more severe conditions, the peptide bonds are also hydrolyzed, resulting in the free amino acids.[4]

For some markets, aspartame is manufactured from phenylalanine produced by a genetically modified strain of E. coli,[5][6] a bacterium used commonly in laboratory research and biotechnology.[7]

On the European Common Market, Aspartame is banned for all children's products. Why is this not the case in Canada and the U.S.? Because Monsanto - which owns the NutraSweet Company which manufactures Aspartame - pays off the FDA, the American Medical Association, The American Dietetic and Diabetic Associations, Congressmen and Senators and virtually anyone who gets in the way, and in other countries too. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation caught them red handed and aired a program where Monsanto was trying to bribe Canadian Doctors at Health Canada.

It also contains H20, which in excessive consumption can cause cerebral edema resulting in death

That damn dihydrogen monoxide, it's lethal, I tell ya!

LOL yeah scary stuff!

" Dihydrogen monoxide:

* is called "hydroxyl acid", the substance is the major component of acid rain.

* contributes to the "greenhouse effect".

* may cause severe burns.

* is fatal if inhaled.

* contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.

* accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.

* may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.

* has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.

Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:

* as an industrial solvent and coolant.

* in nuclear power plants.

* in the production of Styrofoam.

* as a fire retardant.

* in many forms of cruel animal research.

* in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.

* as an additive in certain "junk-foods" and other food products."
