Pretty thick but not quite up there with the guy in Steve Michaliks book:

They took so much Ritalin before workouts to psych themselves up that one of Michalik’s training partners, a former Mr Eastern USA, ran out of the gym convinced that he could stop a car with his bare hands. He stood in the passing lane of the Hempstead Turnpike, his feet spread shoulder width apart, bracing for the moment of Impact - and got run over like a dog by a Buick Skylark, both his legs and arms badly broken.

One day I forgot to bring my gym bag with my high top otomix boots, daisy dukes, string singlet and fanny pack. I spent 5 mins working out in a t shirt and sweat pants and had to leave because I felt so embarrassed.

at the gym that work I have walked into a lat pulldown bar and there wasnt no one around at the time but I felt :oops: still was bit blood but not much.

Steve Michalik was a big unit - a freaking animal who took anything & fuckloads of it. He won Mr Universe & Mr America in the mid 70's, got paralysed in a car crash and was wheelchaired for a few year. He made a comeback in the 80's but then got pretty crook - Cancers, Heart Attack etc which he attributed to Steroid use. He is now a vocal anti-steroid campaigner.

I was doing sledgehammer training this morning as a finisher to my workout and as per usual was smashing a sledgehammer into a tractor tyre for reps as hard as possible. I took my eye off the ball for 2 seconds and the hammer bounced back funny off the tyre and smacked me flat in the face.

Damm that hurt so much.

I tried a yoga class once in a room where i thourght the glass wall was one way, i could see out but no one could see in, during the class i spotted this sexi hunk who looked like Rand Orton and stared at him the rest of the class, little did i realise the glass was two way an d he knew i was staring at him the whole time, i never saw him again thank god but im sure he thinks im some sort of stalker!!
