amazing video and great find DC1, I am in the same position as this guy, last october I was 98 kg at 28% bf, right now I am at 80kg 15% and hoping to cut down to single digits by march to be ready for shows, however his trainer was smart about making him go OT and build muscles before cutting, the 12 week program my gym trainer put me on was just cardio which meant even though i lost weight, my BF didn't change, it wasn't until I started to read more on the net and do my own research and disregard all what the trainers at my gym say/do that I actually got good results and gained strength at the same time

Hello fellow bodybuilders. There is a link going all over the world that my movie "I Want To Look Like That Guy" is a FREE download. I know I can't prevent people from downloading from pirate sights but it's happening to the tune of millions of downloads. This movie is not a free venture. It took me 2 years to make and a half year to edit. Please don't download this movie. It's illegal and has hurt my ability to make more movies. Actually I had to close my office do to the amount of free downloaders.

So if you wish to be legal and get the full benefits of the movie please visit:

jeffwillet dot com. The DVD has the full diet in PDF and I'm coming out with a 4 hour directors cut.

Thanks and please let's stop the downloading so filmmakers like myself can make at least a small living doing something we love.

Lets assume you really are "That Guy".

Listen up and listen good: Have you ever stopped to think that the "millions" of pirated downloads might offer you other opportunities? You now have a name and a profile that you could NEVER have hoped to achieve had not millions of people seen your pirated doco - because I am here to tell you that if pirating didn't exist then no fucking way in the wide world that your DVD would be selling in the millions, probably not even in the thousands. Yes - you don't make money off the pirated downloads but you can use your profile, notoriety or whatever you want to call it and promote yourself and make some bucks from other projects.

Case in point: Justin Bieber - for me his music is shit - but if it were not for Youtube and the gazillions of FREE downloads of his Youtube vids - then he be just another kid growing up in suburban Americana.

This rant on pirating is not aimed solely at you - its aimed at ALL artists in ALL mediums that bitch and fucking moan about all the dollars they are losing through pirated downloads - they should shut the f*ck up and accept this is the modern age we live in , you won't stop it and you should instead use it you YOUR ADVANTAGE.

Thats all right for Justin mate..Im sure mummy and daddy paid his broadband bills and other lifestyle shit he took advantage of for free to prance around in front of a webcam at home etc etc, That Guy might be some student or some guy barely making ends meet and survivng on his one passion in life...ever think about that bro?

So dont class all Artists in the same medium.....

Think you completely missed the point. If it wasn't for the piracy on youtube etc etc Beiber never would of got his name out there and wouldn't of got the publicity giving him the opportunities to make him what he is today. Obviously on a different scale but the same applies here, if this hadn't been put out there realistically how many sales would it of gotten.

I don't condone the actions of piracy but its a good point.

Bigger, Faster, Stronger I think is a great example of this btw.

Can admin check 'that guy's' IP addy??

If he is for real then you can't argue or rationalize your piracy actions of his movie because the guy that actually made the movie has requested you refrain from it.

If it's a random - happy downloads lol

I got the movie off a friend of mine - I enjoyed it : ) Might even be tempted to get the 4 hour director's cut.

Understandable, but I havent missed the point, unlike Justin, this guy didnt use you tube to begin with, this a a person who has spent 2 and a half years on a project that he spent perfecting and moulding, at the end of the day it his project that he has put all this effort in to decide with in any which way he wants to sell it, or get it across to the world, it shouldnt be decided by piracy.......and realistically, we would never know how many sales it would have gotten, but it his project at the end of the day to do with in his own way....maybe this guy wanted to get his name out to the world in his own way and on his own terms...
