:doh: Totally forgot to text you, so sorry! Could do a morning session on Sat, Gym shuts at 1pm and I think I'll be working at around 11-12 anyway?

Hell no ! :wink:

training has been going really well, 6 days a week & 1 day off apart from the power walk :lol: .

4 weights sessions & 2 HIIT Cardio sessions & 7 x 45 min power walks a week.

been cutting / maintaining since bulking finished.

sitting at around 87kg right now but quite a bit leaner than when i was 92kg :grin:

bulking begins again next Saturday 26/03/2011 ! can't wait.

Very good! You'll have to take some more progress shots for us before you starting bulking again.

don't really have the time to go into to much detail on a log man(going to be to busy doing it :wink: ). already got everything mapped out, diet / training etc..... but what i will do is post up a shot next saturday which will be the beginning of 16 weeks of calorie surplus & intense training ..... :lol:

26/03/2011 (will post up a shot before starting)

23/04/2011 (will post up a shot 4 weeks into it)

21/05/2011 (will post up a shot 8 weeks into it)

18/06/2011 (will post up a shot 12 weeks into it)

16/07/2011 (will post up a final shot to conclude it)

Diet looks like this :roll:

6:00am 30g Whey in water

1 x Banana

7:15am 10 x Egg whites 2 x Whole eggs 50ml Milk

100g Oats 1 x Banana 300ml Milk

9:30am 225g Chicken breast 100g Cooked white rice 100g Mixed vege

25g Crunch peanut butter 25ml HP bbq sauce

11:30am 225g Chicken breast 100g Cooked white rice 100g Mixed vege

25g Crunch peanut butter 25ml HP bbq sauce

1:30pm 225g Chicken breast 100g Cooked white rice 100g Mixed vege

25g Crunch peanut butter 25ml HP bbq sauce

3:30pm 225g Chicken breast 100g Cooked white rice 100g Mixed vege

25g Crunch peanut butter 25ml HP bbq sauce

5:30pm 30g Whey in water

1 x Banana

7:00pm 60g Whey

410g Peaches in lite juice 100g Oats

8:00pm 250g Rump steak 25ml HP bbq sauce Large salad or other greens

10:00pm 250g Lite cottage cheese

Total Calories 5131kcal \:D/

Total Protein 529.4g 41%

Total Carb 507.2g 39%

Total Fat 116.9g 20% (only 17.7g Saturated)

Training is

Day 1 Shoulders / Calves

Day 2 Back

Day 3 Chest

Day 4 Legs

Day 5 Arms

Day 6 off

Then repeat. So i will be getting each body part once every 6th day.

LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING INTO IT 8)
