From last night this is how my leg work out started off ( was pretty happy with how much my strength has come up, amazing what carbs will do )

Squat to depth ish :lol: ( i used a low box we have which is pretty much bang on parallel for me )

130kg x 8 reps

130kg x 8 reps

120kg x 8 reps

120kg x 8 reps

120kg x 12 reps (using belt)

Then almost passed out :twisted:

haha, lol. it has only been 10 days since the last ones. gotta wait a little bit longer than that man to be able to see a difference :lol: but definatly will be putting more up man.

Where'd you pick up the oats? Are they the same ones the they use for their 800g bags?

already got the beef & PB :lol:

got the oats from davis trading & yes the same as the 800g bags. They do hole ones or the quick cook which are broken up.

just went to coast bar bell for a Xmas BBQ, (pretty sure i have hit a good solid 6000kcal today ! :lol: )

But i did a warm up for my back work out which probably burnt some of that off!

They had a deadlift competition (90kg deadlift for 90 seconds) as many as you could do.

I managed 90kg x 46 times in 90 seconds. (3.24 Tonne)

What was really impressive was watching Viking Power (met him for the first time today, hell of a nice guy)

He did 90kg x 57 times in 90 seconds (5.13 Tonne) (after having 6 Beers ! :shock: )

the viking was surely powered by mead when it came to the 90/90...viking swirl FTW

the alcohol thined the blood allowing his HR to increase further than normal :roll: .

Just had another spec check tonight but it was 4 weeks since i had my measurements done so i got them done as well to see where all of this new mass is going :lol:

It looks like most of it seems to be going in the right places! :grin:

14/10/2010 74.26kg @ 7.7% (Lean Body Mass 68.54kg FAT 5.72kg)

22/10/2010 79.90kg @ 9.1% (Lean Body Mass 72.62kg FAT 7.28kg)

29/10/2010 82.66kg @ 9.3% (Lean Body Mass 74.97kg FAT 7.67kg)

05/11/2010 84.50kg @ 11.4% (Lean Body Mass 74.86kg FAT 9.64kg)

12/11/2010 86.06kg @ 10.2% (Lean Body Mass 77.28kg FAT 8.78kg)

26/11/2010 90.22kg @ 12.2% (Lean Body Mass 79.21kg FAT 11.01kg)

& Today 10/12/2010 89.5kg @ 10.8% (LBM 79.83kg FAT 9.67kg)

I dropped my calories down from 5200 to 5000 for the last couple of weeks because of my wedding this weekend :wink: didn't want to get to fat to fit the suit, so i have had a slight gain in LBM & a slight drop in FAT :pfft:

As of this sunday i will be increasing my calories from 5k back up to 5.5k to see if i can get a bit more size on for the last 4 weeks of this bulk phase.

Below are my measurements that i had done today

My measurements in normal text are pre bulking, my measurements in red are from my 4 week mark, my measurements in bold are from today 8 weeks in.

Pretty happy that the Hips have stayed the same as 4 weeks ago with some of the other increases that i have had, going to hit arms a little bit harder than i have been for the next 4 weeks to see if i can get them to 16", i have been told by my trainer (Human Performance) i can't classify myself as a body builder untill they are atleast this size :roll: '

Will be eating up large for the next couple of weeks and getting body fat re measured on 24/12/2010 & will post it up on here.
