Boosting is a troll who takes pride in taking the piss Bob...most ignore him bro :nod: Use the belt as a tool like I explained when you squat and deadlift at 80% + or so/or as required bro and yeah the welts are like badges of honour but become less as the belt wears in.

My bad. that was a bit of a trollish comment. I've just found not using a belt has done wonders for strengthening my lower back. Each to there own.

Nice bro, that's is an impressive lift at that weight.

My deads? I have done 125kg for 3. But I've since started using GH an slin, so I reckon I've got 130kg in the bag. Will let you know next week...

Just had spec check tonight 8)

14/10/2010 74.26kg @ 7.7% (Lean Body Mass 68.54kg FAT 5.72kg)

& Today with a 5.64kg Gain in body weight

22/10/2010 79.90kg @ 9.1% (Lean Body Mass 72.62kg FAT 7.28kg)

Pretty happy with that result so far but a bit early to start making any changes to anything so just going to keep at it exactly the same with diet for another week to check exactly what is going on.

Alot of the intial gain i have had would probably just be WATER from adding Carbs back into my diet.

Chest / Bicep tonight with my trainer, Good intense session. Wish i was a millionare & could train with him all the time :pfft:

Shoulders / Calves tomorrow. Looking forward to it 8)

numbers are irrelevant to me man, i have been measured the same way by the same person over and over again so that is all i care about ( the fact it is accurate ).

24.8% down to 7.7% now up to 9.1%.

& i guess maybe on someone elses device for measuring body fat that may look like this

34.8% down to 17.7% now up to 19.1%.

seriously who gives a f*ck man, it is how i am tracking my progress.

Not that I have to validate Alymers results, but Bob asked us to do a BF% for him and my old school results (11 skin fold measurements run through the 4 Jackson Pollock formulas and the average taken) are very similar....

BW - 80kg

BF% - 9.05

Kgs/BF - 7.08

LBW - 72.92kg

Anyway Bob like you say bro..its just an indicator showing the trend your body is in. Keep up the good fight 8)

bob knows hes not in olympia conditioning, but as mentioned above, the TREND is important. losing 10% is losing 10%, regardless of starting point.

I recall posting pics on here thinking I was around 15%. When in actual-fact I was 20% plus!!! Though I don't recall crying about it, suggesting members should be banned ect... :?

No. I'm speaking on what I've seen, an am seeing. I would disagree with anyone that would suggest his total fat mass is 7%. THE total fat mass is higher then 7%. PERIOD. I'm not saying some flawed reading system didn't tell him what ever though...

DAY OFF THANK GOD,

I am doing 4 days on, 1 day off. So I will be training Mon through to Thur & then Friday next week will be my next day off.

Means i get to do each body part once every 5 days rather than the usual once a week program i usually follow.

Just need to keep the good food going in to make sure i am fully repaired & ready to go in the shorter time frame.

so to answer your question about whats on the cards for Today.
