Bob dont listen to the bodybuilder boys! Eat as much protein as you want, do as many sets as you want train as long as you want. Think about all the oldschool bodybuilders and strongmen presteroids. All lifted big, ate big and were strong and lean to boot. Extreme training=Extreme results (take that jamie lewis :pfft: )

I like the sound of this

BACK / TRI TONIGHT

25 Wide Grip Chins

27 Reverse Grip Chins

4 x set Deadlift

4 x set Bent Over Barbell Row Reverse Grip

4 x set Bent Over One Arm Row

3 x set Lat Pull Downs

3 x set Close Grip Lat Pull Downs

4 x set Dumbell Tricep Pull Overs

4 x set Close Grip Bench

4 x set Skull Crusher

2 x set Free Dips

Got a sore left shoulder, gonna go pop a Diclofenac & get some Z's

Good effort bro - welldone

No worries, ..... Yeah thats not to bad then as quite low rep sets. Try to keep overall sets per muscle between 18-24 maximum. Tricep volume is fine though.

I like that, oooo new sig

Yes. think about the old school bodybuilders. An think about why those training practices are no longer used today.... Don't listen to twigs like SG. They obviously have no idea what they're talking about. :-s

f*ck those oldies didnt know how to train, 6days a week muscle groups being smashed 2 or 3x per week however did they build physiques better than yours? I take it youll be winning 7 olympias then?

You do know that....

Yes. Arnold's physique would definitely hold its own on stage now days.. :^o

Hmmm, let me think... How did 6 time Mr Olympia Dorian Yates revolutionise training and set a new standard of mass? Maximum intensity, minimal volume perhaps??

Hey luigi the other thing is that i am 27 years old now & was at 74kg approx with these photos. When i was 20 years old i was 117kg & had never ever been to a gym, about the only excercise i got was when i walked to the pub instead of driving there.

so around my abdomin i have really really loose skin & it is pretty loose everywhere else to (covered in stretch marks from being to FAT).

so i guess this would make a difference.

This is reason i have decided to do 3 months bulking befor doing another cut as i think i will look better if i can fill a little of my saggy skin up with some muscle. Not the Samoan Kind \:D/

 amazing work dude very inspirational 117kg to this!!!amazing !!

all good except for that Samoan comment :naughty:

legs tonight

6 x Squats

4 x Front Squats

4 x Hack Squats

4 x Lying Leg Curls

4 x Stiff Legged Deads

2 x Walking Lunges

trying to keep weights as high as possible & reps between 6 - 10.

Eating going really well so far with the changes to the diet. Just getting really hungry prior to meal time for all of them so feels like about right calories wise at this stage.

Will be getting weight / bodyfat checked tomorrow & will post it up on here to keep track of how things are going.

I think he's referring to the many Samoans that are very strong yet chronically obese? Any race can have picep mass mate. Shit I've been there myself/ :pfft:

that was a bad taste banter toward User Samoan Muscle & in hendsite not nesscessary. I did not mean anything de rogatory towards Samoan people what so ever.

Hope this clears things up with that matter.

How much can you deadlift boosting?

boosting???

I have done a 202.5kg dead lift when my bodyweight was 78.0kg, that was 3 white lights according to Steak.

What happened on the day was i did my first lift of it & then got told it wasn't actually i lift because i hitched it up. (i thought as long as i got it up & locked out it was sweet) WRONG

Then i tried again 5 minutes later. Failed Hard :pfft:

Then i put a belt on and pulled it up in one go not a problem.

Haven't attempted any 1 Rep max on deads since then, that was about 6 weeks ago.
