8 months off & a baby later, I am finally back in training! We welcomed Lucas James on March 18th. I thought it was only right to stick to my 'back into it by a week old' rule so here I am.... again.

25.03.2013 - 45min Circuit

Bodyweight: 64.9kg

Bike: 5 minutes

Tyre Step Ups: x20

Tyre Hits: x10 each hand

DB Rows: 10 x 20lbs

Lat Pulldowns: 10 x 35kg

Bicep Curls: 10 x ezicurl bar

Tricep Pressdowns: 10 x 15kg

x4 laps

Feels good to be back into it - body's a wee bit... fresh but after a few weeks of training it should be back! Diet has started and goals have been set, a few changes have been made but am very excited for what this year brings :D

My plan was to ease myself back into squat/bench/deadlift, but anyone who knows me will know that I do not 'ease myself back into things'! :wink:

Bodyweight: 63.1kg

Sled:

1 x 10kg

2 x 20kg

Squat

2 x 10 x bar

1 x 5 x 22.5kg

1 x 4 x 25kg

1 x 3 x 27.5kg

1 x 2 x 30kg

Squats felt TERRIBLE! Hamstrings are tight, back is weak and my depth is SHOCKING :( Hurt my ego a wee bit only squatting 30kg but I gotta start somewhere. Had to add in the box just to be sure that I wasn't doing high as f*** squats, by the end my body was feeling a little better - but was still squatting high :roll:

Goodmornings 5 x 5 x bar

Bench

2 x 10 x bar

1 x 5 x 22.5kg

1 x 4 x 25kg

1 x 3 x 27.5kg

1 x 2 x 30kg

It shocked me how easy bench was, my set ups still the same and the weight didn't feel too heavy.. Very happy!

DB Flys 4 x 8 x 5lbs

Lat Pulldowns 4 x 8 x 35kg

DB Rows 4 x 8 x 20lbs

Overhead Press 4 x 8 x 10kg

Tricep Pressdowns 4 x 8 x 15kg

Overall the day went better than expected - Not too sore afterwards, weights coming down nicely. Can't complain.
