Coming back strong, Pitty

Is the strength coming back as fast as you'd hoped ?

Thanks :) The strength is coming back fast but not as fast as I would like, guess I have to be realistic about the fact that 110kg deadlift is a good start since my sons not even a month old :)

First day back in Sheiko, starting on a 4 weeker then heading into an 8 weeker. Felt good, but can tell I'm going to have to train hard, eat well and get alot of rest to get to my goals.

Thanks, you can't imagine how good it feels to be almost back at my old numbers, although I have my eyes on great things for next year, Saturday was just the stepping stone to get to bigger and better numbers. Gives me abit of confidence knowing that I still got it :pfft:
