Wow, reading that competition report made me tired... great work Pitty, :salute: :notworthy: AND you trained 2 days later....

Suspect the North Island Champs are going to see some real Shock and Awe, Pitbull-style! Keep it up.

Good day at the Office Ems, glad you sorted your stance out, build on that for the Nationals, good placing too 4th overall impressive. :clap: :clap: Hard work paid off.

Yeah very happy, my technique has improved ALOT! Uh won't be doing Nationals unless I find some extra $$ but NI's is definitely on my list :)

Thought I'd try out the AUT gym tonight seeing as I'm starting Uni soon & will probably be training there a few times a week.. Definitely different to CBC but it's still a really good environment to train in :grin: Had to get used to all those mirror's though :shock:
