Been a while since I've posted my training up - thought I should probably do it before it piles up in my workout book. Last competition (03.03) scored a total of 290kg raw (knee wraps/wrist wraps & belt). PB's - Squat: 101kg, Bench: 55kg, Deadlift: 137.5kg... Next goal: Auckland Champs, 2 weeks & 5 days away. Injury free and feeling pretty darn good. Bodyweight is just over 63kg so I have 2 or 3 days till I have to officially nominate my weight class so we'll see how it goes.

Training didn't go as I had planned, my shoulder's starting to play up again go didn't push myself since Auckland Champs is right around the corner. I'm gunna be taking it nice and easy next week by only working up to my openers, then deload for Champs on the 31.03

Squats are feeling strong - can't wait for Auckland Champs next weekend.

Decided to leave it there for today with Champs coming up next week and still nursing my injury, I was exhausted after benching but extremely pleased with my PB, although my bum came off a little in my 55's and 57.5 I'm still pleased to know that I can do it now and there is no reason for failure! - now to put it to the platform at Champs.

Looking strong there PB! Not sure you could get any more arch in there to combat that bum coming off the bench?

Might need to get yourself a bigger a$$!

Don't really know what to do about the bum - I've tried having my legs back further but with that I risk my feet rolling and if my legs are any tighter I'm sure my legs will cramp! Haha dunno bout a bigger bum, bigger bum = more fat and I don't like loosing weight :grin:

Felt really good and will definitely be ordering one in the next few weeks for North Island Champs in June. Very pleased with a touch but abit guttered that the brand new gear I brought mid Jan this year is not going to be any use to me :roll: :shock: ... Yay for deload next week!!!! :grin: :grin: :grin:

Don't tell but I'm using dad's elbow sleeves (the stench gives me an extra 5kg) :grin: :grin: Thinking of getting some after North Island's but I'm sure once I get a taste of the gear I won't wanna go back to classic especially with Oceania's here next year \:D/
