First day back into training since Comp..

- DB Row

4 x 8 x 25KGs

- Lat Pulldowns

4 x 8 x 65KGs (over bodyweight :grin: )

- Tricep Pushdowns

4 x 8 x 25KGs

- Bicep Curls

4 x 8 x 18KGs

1 x 25 x 8KGs (ezi-curl bar)

- Concentration Curls

4 x 10 x 10lbs (seated bicep curls)

- Hanging leg raises

8 x 8 (couldn't do any other sort of abs cause of my injury :( )

Good first day back, might give the tyre another few flips on Saturday. And then into Power Building on Monday, cannot wait! :lol:

60KGs for 38 reps in 90seconds tonight at the CBC Christmas Party..

Yip and the first words spoken when she found out how many she'd done. I had to beat you mum :lol: :clap: good work emma!! you're a gutsy gurl.

Haha well your catching me on my total (for now) :pfft: :wink: .. I had to step my game up abit.. should have ran on the sled huh? :lol:

Haha I think I get it from my dad? Haha yeah it was a good night, not one that I will be forgetting anytime soon :lol: ....... I would love to even get over 300KG total.. Not too far off it but don't want to get too cocky :nod:

I think I am going to like this Power Building stuff :wink: :nod:

Stretchs Quads, Glutes, Groin, Hamstrings, Calves and Abductors

Going home for a swim :lol: :pfft:
