Nice intense Bench session today.. Hopefully I will see my numbers fly up :grin:

By the end of Shirt Benching I had jelly arms, so took it easy on the rest of my program...

Attempted 72.5kgs for a touch, popped off chest fast, but just didn't kick my leg drive in to lock it out.. Next time :grin:

Getting depth on all my reps.. Eatings really helping, just got to stick to it and it will be all good :nod:

Big John: Haha yeah I can't wait for Skills next week! Uh I'm thinking about raw, just cause it's my last Novice, I wanna see how much my strength has acutally gone up... I'm not too keen to do it in a bench shirt, but I just do what the coach says so it's not really up to me.. And mate it's not me that you have to watch out for! Mel has a mean squat on her :nod:
