Hi my name is Emma. I am 16years old, Sub-Jnr and new to Powerlifting, training at Coast Barbell Club on the Hibiscus Coast. I have done 1 Novice Powerlifting Competition winning my weight class and am now training for Waikato/BOP Novice Comp. I have been training for 2 1/2 months and I am enjoying my training. Just wanting to share my training and how I am going...

GPP:

4 tire flips (230kg)

2 Laps of the carpark with the Sled (20kgs)

2 Laps of the carpark with the Sled backwards (20kgs)

Farmer's Walks (3 Laps) 60kg total-(Bodyweight)

20 Tire Jumps

40 Sledge hammer hits

3 x 20 Crunches

1 x 3 x 62.5kgs (55%)

1 x 3 x 72.5kgs (65%)

3 x 3 x 82.5kgs (75%)

Close Grip Bench

1 x 3 x 22.5kgs (55%)

1 x 3 x 27.5kgs (65%)

4 x 4 x 30kgs (75%)

Suspended Band Deadlifts

1 x 3 x 60kgs (50%)

1 x 3 x 72.5kgs (66%)

Stuck to the program with all my numbers. It was a good training, did heaps of stretching afterwards so feeling alot better than I did yesterday after GPP :P
