yeah i got that and I have never got around to reading it (plus the fact that I got the E-book edition doesn't make it easier when I have to take the laptop with me when I go to the throne)

Jim's 5/3/1 e-book is what I am reading right now, good read so far

Anyone read that feed the muscle starve the fat book?? Is it any good I member reading something about it in a thread once before but cant member if it said good things or bad... :shifty:
