Im getting a little more content with my arms they're al-right for a few months progress but I want just that little bit more.

Actually instead of a thread for each bodypart you should have a thread for each head of the muscle start of with the two heads of the biceps.

Well this thread wasnt supposed to go for long so its about time it stops here its had waaay to much exposure. Explaining some things.

Jigga: From my cellphone I choose the photo to not be resized because it gets better quality on the computer. Once uploaded its usually about 1600x1200. From there I take the pic into paint and de size the photo about 60% vertical 60% horizontal because the max file allowed is 250kb?. It also doesent help the mirror is liek an asian eye.

Hey Deano. If you're wanting an easy way to resize images, I recommend FastStone Photo Resizer. It's free, simple, and the program's so tiny it's often smaller than the images it resizes!
