Re my other muscles: My calves are quite well solid in my opinion, I dont train my back because I played tighthead prop for a full season last year Vsing players well above my grade an screwed it up. It didnt help that I was starting choice every game.

Anyways might aswell chuck in a forearm cause I can.

Could also say the opposite, maybe it would be good to strengthen it? And if you're still getting pain out of it, you might need to see a physio/chiro about it?

Im all about getting bigger, better and in the process not putting other people down.

Never mind silly Scott. He had to run grams of test, an abuse insulin, In order to build arms 1 inch bigger then what I'm looking at here. Sad but true.

Fuk I condsider myself to be an extremely humble guy but curling 30kg on each side of a barbell today is pretty good for only 2months progress. I was curling 20kg dumbells in each hand for about 15 reps and thought I should try 20's on each side of the barbell then thought I had more left in me. Had a good leg press too for one of my first proper leg workouts I managed to squeze out 300kg.

*And before you reply to this - calm down ya little short man syndromes im not trying to brag or compare myself to ronnie ok im just sharing what I did be happy for me sheyyt.* !
