Arm progress

Just had a mean session today couldnt help but record it, I felt "the pump"..... It was orgasmic. I was sweaty and perspired, my muscle was bountifull, yet my hands -supple. Triceps - petite..I felt like I was a lion in the feilds of africa ready to pounce, my lats like a peacock and I want to fly. Breathing hot and heavy into the mirror I then had to release some residual super pump on the shower tiles.

I don't really give a shit about tatts - so back to the important stuff your goals for your arms.

If you've only been training 5 months then it's a alright start, sort of.

If you don't know much about weight training, then just basics is a good start. And put some decent amount of weight on - if you're training and it's too easy or you're not straining then put the weight up. Not by heaps, just enough to wake those biz and triz wake up.

When you do the curling motion (DB or Barbell) then decline (bringing weight back down) is JUST as important to the growth of that muscle. So don't just flop it down, you grunt it out and bring it down slowly.

Too many people in gyms are there for show and their results are dismal. If you're serious you can create a mean little physique in 3-6 months. If you got any spare $$$$$ suss out a P.T with a mean physique and hit them up. Don't waste your time on P.T's with no physique or a fat, if they can't help themselves how are they supposed to help anyone else.

Train hard bro and good on ya for taking the boys' comments on the chin. Good attitude!

We have fat personal trainers at our gym, but they don't know anything. It's all about what you know, not necessarily what you do. A skinny guy could just be hardout into his fitness but can still know a bodybuilding diet as well as how they workout. Just like some fat personal trainers could be powerlifters and know about fitness. Just saying' don't judge a book by it's cover. Ask them what they know..

if ur considering a personal trainer because you dnt know what your doing then asking them what they know is kinda pointless... they could just tell u a whole heapa crap and you wouldnt know right from wrong, if you knew already you would be doing it not standing in front of them ready to swallow.

Well I am proud to anounce I am now 95kg. Just reminiscing when I first started getting into Bodybuilding late last year I was 104kg at my highest, a prop. My lowest weight I got to was 78kg relatively quick.

And my goal is to get to 110kg of muscle (very low bodyfat) natural (no gear just protein) by my 20th birthday (in 2 years time). Haters kick back and observe.

Hell no will I post pics. That phase is gone now I was going to post full bodys, leg updates, arms. You guys all brought it on yourselves, doesent matter how good or how big I am you guys will just hate or bitch about it. I know my body and am proud of it.

We only "hate" on you cause you talk it up with not alot to back it up. Your biceps look good but since they are disproportionate you can't really say they are big

How long has it been since Ive posted a full body shot? Never, so how do you know I am disproportioned....? Peter Its not about the size its the progress.

Ive already posted my legs for example and proven I do have a solid base but alas people still had to hate or form negative opinions.

I am serious on wanting to compete and I will hopefully this year for my age group or however it works. I am confident I am a step higher to other teenage bb's in the North Shore.

You've already stated in a past post that you don't train back so you would be disproportionate just from that.

That's cool if you are serious to compete but you'll need to put in a lot more effort and be alot more honest with yourself cause you can't hide in a pair of posing trunks

As for it not being about the size, it's a bout the progress, some times that holds true but in your case, if other things are progressing faster than the others then it's on you to make sure the size equals out
