Arm progress

Had a history of on and off at the gym for like 5months then stopped for a while. I need to really focus on arms so these pictures are the so far progress of the first week :oops: dont laugh ow.

1st week, cold flex, right and left bi.

Yeh but I dont want the tatt to make my arms look smaller, a mate just recently got one done traditionally and his arms dont look as big anymore.

That said I'd be keen on some bike shorts, but 3 days of tapping away seems pretty gruelling (my ex flatmate was due for full Samoan tats and sounded like he was shitting himself). I'm picking its a hell of a passage to manhood.

Of interest has anyone here had the traditional tats done? I heard there's a guy in Akld who's very skilled and takes your life story & lineage and designs them and does them traditional Samoan style?

Never had it done and would never want to...definately not the traditional way anway.

There's a guy, Steve, who seems to do alot of the boys but with all the modern gear. No boar/pig tooth. Myself, I'm not too keen on the old sleeves and shit everybody seems to have these days. Bit more inclined to get a nice butterfly just above my arsecrack.

I heard they were designing stainless replicas of the tools to avoid the infection issues (not real keen on necrotising fasciitis like some unfortunate guys got).

Must be pretty brutal, even the modern guns hurt enough! :cry:

I'm looking for the guy that did Sonny Bills Tats. I hear some of his work are like a mixture of Polynesian and celtic designs combined looks pretty sweet.
