Im not a troll im a human being. Without a word of a lie my PT told me kickbacks although predominantly an arm exercise will indirectly build my delts.

Please don't make assumptions based on my posts. I am a newbie. That video you posted is troll behavior not a newbie trying to learn.

God damn troll's haha,

But yeah Standing Overhead BB press is king for delts, has to be standing though, you don't sit down to pee so why should you sit down to lift weights you can lift standing :P

completely agree man, love the analogy!

Ive always found seated db press or if bb then behind the neck best for myself, but almost always seated.

Thanks Vracula, It will be interesting to see how my training goes as I get deaper into my slow cut, I typically train far into the realms of what most people would scream over training at haha
