hey ive been doing this for the last couple months

just after a bit of feedback on what you think of my routine

done in a 3day split

monday- chest/arms

wed- legs/abs

fri- shoulders/back

NOTE- all exercises done in 4 sets of 8-10reps

MONDAY

bench press

flys

incline

pressups

bicep curl

hammercurls

tri extenion

tri pushdown

tri alt grip pushdown

WED

deadlift

squats

legpress

calf raise

abs various

curls

z-sits

twists

etc etc etc etc.........................

FRI

shoulder press

upright row

lat raises

( sometimes add in a mil press in)

pullups

lat pulldowns

lawnmower- row

seated row

usaly take a scoop of jack3d half hr before workouts and a scoop of protein after

oh also im a 22year old male 67ish kgs

DIET= SHIT (your all gunna kill me haha)
