Thanks for the tips. I have been keeping a lazy eye on your journal and some impressive weights being pushed there. The aim this months is to drop 2kg fat so will see what happens. Bodyweight 91.5 this morning so cardio and revised diet working well.

Doing the whole body thing for the next two weeks to give the body something different. Started out with Heavy day. Planning on doing Heavy medium and Light days 3time per week with arms and calves only 1 day per week on thursday with cardio filling up the remainder.
