why so much powder? wheres the real food?

44g Protein Powder isn't 44g of protein

doh i know lol. i meant y so much powder for ur whole diet.

protein powder, waxy maize powder, dextrose powder, bcaa powder, raro powder...

Just easier to get it down before the workout, allows me to sleep longer and PWO stuff is cause it's just to get in in as fast as possible

That's the funny thing, I don't think my numbers are that big, I am sure there are alot of guys on here (yourself included) that would move a hell of alot more weight than I do

Come on bro dont let the haters get to you lol i like seeing the weights you push cos it motivates me to lift more seeing as im more than a foot taller than you and nearly twice your weight but you outlift me in nearly all your lifts lol

Yep, e.g. rows - I hit 140's for warmups & rep out with 180-200. That said my old training partner used 180's for warmups & repped 260's.

Post ya weights - it adds to the journal. Haters can hate - you know what you did in the gym & some here are genuinely interested. :nod:
