Hey bro good gym lifts but if they were in comp I dont think they would of passed. Need to lock your knees on squats and depth was borderline by looking at the right leg looked high.

strength aint the issue, iron out a few of the technical flaws and youd make a good pler.

You mean stand up still for a sec before re-racking? Depth was good going by the mirror but that angle has me questioning it too. Bench was hard cause was not used to pausing, I paused on the 2nd attempt and lost all tension, tried to keep tension on the last and the weight just moved back up haha work on it later on in the year. Not used to having the elbows so tucked in either and the bar so low on the chest

pd have u tried using chalk? i can barely hold on to 180 or even lighter weight for long even tho my max now is around 240; i used chalk for the first time recently and found it to be far better than wraps i cant hold 220 raw but with the chalk was rack pulling 12 reps right upto 280 no problem

Yup, use chalk when I can on my lighter sets but usually past 160ish becomes too hard to hold. I got small hands and sausage fingers haha

44g Protein Powder isn't 44g of protein

Just faster to get it all down at that time of the morning before a workout, gives me more sleep
