Yeah I used to train with my little brother and he still talks trash! lol

Oh ok man, got to keep the mrs happy. What class are you in? Same as Supry?

One below although with the year off I'll be in his category next year aslong as I stay on track. The strange, and often frustrating, thing for me is that I gain size but not alot, if any, weight. Annoying when trying to move up weight classes

Was gonna but the misses want's to go on holiday smack bang inbetween NZIFBB Wellingtons and Nationals so have pulled pin

 Kiddin' bro, training is going well

So does not competing include Bbro?

Haha I'll admit I'm too scared to say no. Nah bbro is still on for me aslong as I'm happy with grip strength by then, but not sure if I'll be at my best witha 3 week lay off

Well slow quality gains are good cos at least you know you are always competitive, I mean I know Supry quite well and he has been in his class for a while just getting better and better and better! There was a guy Carl who I think has won a few nz titles and went to the worlds also in the lighter end of middleweight so nothing wrong with that!

You sure have a lot of power for your weight!!!! Means dense thick muscle onstage!

Nope haha why do you ask?

Purely curious is all, so people (like yourself) can get away with doing no cardio at all and still look great with just weight training? I guess it comes down to diet aswell hey? Actually now that I think of it, there's probably loads of guys on here that don't do cardio...
