What technique do you like to use with laterals?

-light weight-super strict

-heavyish-lil body english

-heavy-utilize legs and fight negatives?

personally i use all at different times of my split/cycle

Shoulders

All this followed by 10mins of sprint round after my effing dog after he got out of the yard and wouldn't come back

maybe a call to Caesar Millan is in order lol

personally i use all at different times of my split/cycle

All three through out the workout, starting off light and strict, getting a pump and warming up the shoulder then moving to something heavy, using some english then towards the end of the final set, move to single arms (last 2-4 reps) using my legs to kick up the weight and fight the negative. The ROM is a little short and not desirable but the 1st 8 are good reps so it lets me move past failure

maybe a call to Caesar Millan is in order lol

Cheers dude, I'm finally getting into the swing of things

So my BW doesn't do much but f*ck me off these days. I undulate between 158lbs-164lbs. Nutrition wise, I hit my protein quota every day, usually hit my carb and fat quota. I need to be a little more prepared with food so that I'm always exceeding my numbers

Next week, I'm gonna do some testing with my TP, my little brother and his TP, should be fum
