Flat bench drained my strength more than I anticipated, couldn't handle any heavier on the flyes

Yeah like that, but I'm not as rigid and only squeeze at the top pre-contest

I alternate between over/under hand

i got a question/s. do you use an over/under grip with deadlift ? and if so do you alternates which hand is over and which is under ?

do you think that using the same grip all the time will lead to one side of back will be more developed than the other ?

oh f*ck I thought you were quoting his chest press workout lmao stupid TT my bad of course you pulling to your abdomen doing these lol and I am with luigi cant keep strict form with 170kg row NO CHANCE

Ye of little faith!!! I don't touch my abdomen with it, all my other exercises are full ROM so with this exercise, on my final set, it's just heavy weight moving as much as I can, I stop when it looks like shit

I'll try get my brother to get a clip of it on friday

No, no and yes :D

I strap up anything over 100kg

I'm not sure how a PLer will execute the DL but for me, at the top I retract my shoulder blades and squeeze my lower lats. When you think about where the lats insert, one lat would have less tension placed on it resulting in it not growing as fast, or so I'd imagine. Your thoughts?

Ive noticed that my over had side lat is a bit bigger, this may be why. never thought about that.
