Hard to say, about parallel? Maybe just short of it? When I go close, as I did tonight, I come back up if I feel I'm leaning forward too much, usually once my abs touch my quads

fucken nice to be repping 50kg d/bs at your weight bro mean effort and you bulking now arent you a bit of BF be good for your muscles and joints help push those extra heavy weights what BF you wanna sit at off season?

Oh a bit is good but I maxed out at 75kg at the start of my contest prep and now I'm only 2kg off it so just gotta stop the coffees with milk and sugar :shifty:

I'd be happy with 78kg, max, but it's all about how I'm looking, the more I add, the more I've gotta lose. I didn't notice losing any muscle during the diet but I only lost about 5kg in fat, where as if I got to 78 I'll need to drop at least 8kg. As long as I don't look fat, I'm happy
