Good stuff Rookie, I hear your ESB membership has been suspended until you return to 20%+ BF :pfft:

Will be a good journey for you, you always learn a lot about yourself when dieting!

Nate

:shifty: Did coach tell you about his policy? :pfft:

Yeah just look forward to seeing myself all shredded and vascular.

Lots of people talk shit about I can do this and that blah blah. Takes alot of guts to man up and actually do it! Shot bro

Cheers bro, I know it aint gonna be easy but it will get done. Will post up my diet as soon as I get it sorted just to share what its gonna be like!

Thanks for the support peeps

Don't starve yourself. Your coach sounds on to it enough so wont be likely that he'll do this to you but don't drop your cals down too low unless you really need to, just increase your cardio/expenditure

Cheers PD, yeah he said we'll be increasing training volume and introducing some cardio as well as switching my usual carb sources to brown/white rice mixed and soba noodles etc and just make small changes as things go.

Never tried buckwheat products before, let us know if you like them. Gluten free probably, hippie food is always more expensive

Haha they're relatively cheap over here since they're a traditional staple.

What was your diet like for your first comp?

Keto but I'm not gonna tell you it

not outta spite, I just don't want you to do it cause I don't wanna do it again haha I started off lazy with it cause I was still going through some personal things but then tightened it up in the last month and made some good progress. No matter what the diet is though YOU MUSTA HAVE A DISAPRIN! Only cheat if you are allowed to and don't go over board. I went over board cause the misses wanted something and since I hadn't had a carb for almost 168 hours my body went into motherfucking monster mode and wouldn't let me stop til I had stomach cramps, didn't stop fat loss but it did slow it down

I'll have to shutupanddiet! I'm confident (not certain) on taking first with Pete helping me drive. But if he's dieting as well, he'll be with his girlfriend... I'm so excited though.

LOL yeah bro sounds good. I'm excited as eh, will be the youngest guy there!

Will post some pics up mid cut, maybe you could help me on posing? :pfft:

Post some pics up just as your diet starts and we can help with posing then. People might give you shit for the pics, but then when you show it mid cute, we can see the progress that's been made and if you need to buck up your ideas on the diet and what not. That's just my opinion though.

Just got back from talking to the BB coach:

So new additions to what I'll be doing:

1) cardio first thing in the morning everyday 30mins low intensity

2) mix brown rice into my white rice, without changing portion sizes

3) Have leaner protein sources through the day and this includes snacks, so a lean steak and veges, or chicken breast and veges

4) 1 big cheat meal a week to spike insulin and rev the metabolism, basically whatever I want in one big meal... He says we'll adjust things as the show gets closer

5) Training will remain the same, hard and heavy! He said the worst thing to do when prepping for a show is to change everything at once and have no room to move in, so he said everything will be step by step.

6) Posing will be done as we get closer to the show, he says not much point in doing it now when I'm not lean enough to see striations etc

Since I have a clear objective in front of me I will give it my all and make sure the end product is my best result.. No turning back.. LEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTSSSS GOOOOOOOOOO HUHUHUHU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sweet as, will get onto the posing then... Just went for my first cardio session and had breakfast... Training arms later on. Ipod will be filling up with new songs and BB vids to get me going through cardio and even more pumped for training  Any recommendations? No Rakich vids either :pfft:
