hey everyone just the sight i was looking for an am excited to be appart of it all.. im currently training an really into sport an the gym i am wanting to gain weight an muscle up!! not much of me but lifting etc etc ok at the gym, bench 5 sets @ 105kg @ 5 reps, and sqoauts are warm up around 80kg an just go up normally do 3 sets @140kg @ 5 reps.. but the biggest PB is one at 200kg, i have a good diet an eat like a horse an then some and nearly finished my tub of mass peak along with my other post work out stuff etc etc, any help would be great! to bulk up an get muscles!!
