nice work.. i just have one question .. do you ever train LEGS ?!!!!!! :grin:

:pfft: Not as often as i should :pfft:

Like i said before, im just gonna ride out this routine for a couple more weeks, then revise routines, diets, goals etc. I will also be going back to my regular gym so that will be a bonus as it has very good equiptment including a leg press :grin: , so yeah, hopefully ill begin a more comprehensive routine :pfft:

Hows your leg training goin jono? Those last set of pics were looking good mate, looking thicker still?

Really happy with my back workouts lately. Loving weighted pullups, these are my new fav exercise :grin: Again, took my last w/o numbers with me and tried to better it by reps or weight. Weighed in at 89kg at the end of the w/o. Ive never been happy with the size of my arms but theyre starting to take shape :grin:

Yeah steadily putting on the kilo, not too fast tho so hopefully not alot of fat, definiatly gained some fat though...part of bulking i guess...

No way mate, arent you over 100 and at around 12%? What are you latest stats? Pics? :pfft: Im such a hipocrite :pfft:

I would estimate my Bf to be much higher than yours, probabley getting close to 20 now...

currently 100kg bang on and at around 15% lost 2 kg while I had a week off and been sick, just weight measured at gym now. gotta get the bf down before pics.

lol :grin: another person who wont post pics unless they are in contest shape or close to it. shocking. harden up people !!! :grin:

take my hat off to you guys who have posted pics. I will before the end of the year but it is just so hard when you are not quite happy with what the camera shows.

:grin: leg training is the hardest thing you can do. c'mon growth lets see some monstar leg workouts

Deads were fairly disappointing, could have gone for the 200 again but 180 was feeling heavy, and i had/have a previous hamstring/ass injury that i could feel the whole time. Shoulders felt stronger although after doing deads i was feeling a bit depleted, got a couple of PBs though.Workout are a bit mish-mash at the moment, im trying to fit in exercises i neglect. Tommorow i will probabley hit the legs, calfs havent been worked for ages, probabley fit in a few other ones i hardly do, forearms, some abs work...

Not really sure what i can do, the gym that i curently use doesnt have alot of facilities, doesnt have a leg extension machine, or the hamstring one, no legpress...Ill do squats obviously...calf raises...lunges perhaps? Any ideas guys?
