pretty damn good w/o for no carb i reckon, dont lose too much or youll be in my wieght range haha.

Can you tell me why fats are in the last meal, my diet at the moment is strickly similar

Yeah i am starting to feel the no carb thing a bit more now, buy the time i have done three odd exercises i am pretty beat and weak feeling.

I just spread out my fats during the day, all fats are now EFA's. I suppose it also helps to slow the digestion of the protein, to help release it a bit slower etc

Good workout today, i really only concentrated on the back work today, judging by my last workout i wouldnt have much left in the tank after the working the back, and that was the case. Good improvements all round in the back department, couldnt get anywhere new PBs in biceps, i was totally out of energy after that. Finished with a good burn set. Also tried to get the volume up there, using light sets at the end etc.

It always good to see people rowing more than I can deadlift :pfft: .. solid work bro.. keep it up .. loving all the stuff in red !!

hey whats with the DS and BURN work... is it to promote fat loss in s ome manner or carve in some definition or what.

Have u looked at powerlifting with those crazy u weight u pull.. u have a relatively low BW too .. you could carve up the competition !

The DS work is just to give the muscle a good pump after each exercise, because i use mostly low reps i dont get that pump feeling, so i just do a DS on the end to get some blood into it.

The burn work at the end is just to get the muscles pumped as much as possible before i quiclky get the food into me, the more blood in the muscle the better.

Ive looked at powerlifting before, i was seriously contemplating it, but there are some real freaks out there who can pull huge wieghts for the BW, so i decided to stick to bbing.

Really got into the cardio today, burned twice as many calories as last time. Did the usual calf and ab work, nothing to strenuous. Felt pretty whacked afterwards. Looking forward to legs tomorow, still ahvent decided if i will do SLDL or not.

yeh how is that ab work coming, mine are weak as, do you really have to add the weight to see them coming through, cause just crunches are hard for me, hehe :pfft: Also how long did it take to burn those 500cal, i assume its low intensity to promote fat loss. cause at low intensity i only burned like 75 in 15min. takes too long i reckon, damn cardio.

calf work looking good.

into your cardio now huh, so how lean are you now ?? can see all abs yet ?

lol, i hate cardio, but i think its just healty to throw in some high paced cardio work now and again. To be honest im not really leaning up all that well. As far as abs go, realistically i cant see any  . I think fat is dropping of slowley though, more so around the back and ass.

Yeah its probabely better if you start adding weight to your crunches etc. They are just like any other muscle and require constant progression of resistance to grow well. The main thing is to drop your BF, but it is technically a combination of both.

It didnt take to long actually. I was really doing it for the cardio vascular aspect, ie high HR, i wasnt too worried about keeping within the 'ideal' limits of HR for fatloss.
