Good work out, with the amount you do on your bb curls your biceps must be looking pretty good, I have noticed a good improvment here myself recently but I am not doing as much as you are. I'm going for the 20" guns!! long way off yet though

They look pretty much the same actually lol. I get insane cramps in both biceps the evening and day after working them. Even just brushing my teeth will set of a cramp if i push to hard :shock:

I think BB curls are king for bicep development though.

Awesome work man... I dont think about the cut at all and I find I have strenght increases to despite being low calorie. But carefull on the recovery. Its easy to push yourself into overtraining as I seem to do.

Congrats on curling as much as my chest presses... i wanna hide in shame :oops:

Yeah i try to have the same mindset, forget mentally about cutting, just change the diet, i think as long as you get enough carbs in befor ethe workout then you will do alright.

The problem with strength increases is that they are not directly proportional to muscle mass gains.

It's impressive to see such strength gains man. I find with lower carbs that it's hard to concentrate - thats's the biggest thing that can hinder my training. But you're still pushing past it so good on you.

I dont really have a problem with concertration, i try to get in a good mindset before getting in the gym. Have your tried any of those cocktails like neurostim etc, i havent myself, but i always here people saying it really gets them phsyced for a workout.

Just the norm fill in workout today, a bit of cardio, ab and calf work. Added bb calf raises back in today. After doing those then going to the machine i realised how much of a joke the machine is, it just doesnt compare to the BB ones.

see you are throwing in a bit more cardio these days and a bit more ab stuff, going for the 6-pack abs ??

Yeah now i always do a nit of cardio on wednesday. I may increase the amount i do progressively over the next weeks, the problem is though i work legs the next day so i always take it easy on the bike incase i pull a muscle or have some kind of DOM the next day.

Definitely GOING for the 6-pack, weither i get ther eor not is another story lol

Good workout today, got the reps up for most exercises, i was really drained after the workout thought, i felt so sleepy. Pretty good improvements across the board, still looking to mix it up most weeks.

Solid work mate... Im loving 20 reps on the 100kg squat.

Impressive SLDL too... IMO.. cutting isnt bad in terms of actually working out. What I mean is you will still make gains on your lifts BUT you probably just wont make size gains as you do on a bulk .. right ?

Dont go into the 70's with BW dude, worst to worse sit tight at 80kg !

Thanks jono, i dead after the workout, or very close too it, it should be illegal to work legs on a cut!

we all know leg training seperates the men from the boys
