ur a freak. those curls are insane

Im hoping to see some good progress in the bb curl department, havent seen much pregress there for some time but i feel a stength increase comming on :wink:

lol, yeah its a bit wierd when im doing bb curls and i look around and there are people benching less. I think its just a case of my back exercises bringing up the bicep strength accordingly, i mean the more you can row the more you can curl right.

Growth will you ever compete in either BB or PL ?

I think if i was ever to compete it would have to be in powerlifting. I really dont look the part of a bodybuilder despite my best efforts and solid lifts.

Also i tend to drop weight but not strength, so i could probabley drop down to 80 or so and squeeze into one of the lower weight brackets and still retain some good strength.

Pretty much did the same as last week, just went to the gym to fill in my usual off day. Did some light cardio, some ab work. Did calves again today so that i dont have to do them tommorow on leg day. Still not doing BB calf raises yet, will switch back to them probabley next week, or the week after.

Todays workout was alright. Decided to do a set of front squats followed by a set of light back squats today instead of 6 sets of just front squats. Got to 90 with the front squats today so that was okay, just stuck with 120 for 6 back squats regardless of wiether or not i could do more reps. I think i might try hack squats instead of front squats next time, never done them before. 20 reppers were up 5 kilos. Got another rep out of 150 for sldl's. I didnt superset them with LLC's today because i was so tired after the previous exercises, plus i could go heavier with the LLC's.

So not a bad workout, glad to have it out of the way really :grin: Tired as now, might go for a quick nap :grin:

Squatting your bodyweight for 20 reps is quite a feat. :grin:

Cheers. Yeah im pleased to still be seeing increases at the moment. Next week i will be at the finally calories before minor adjustments though, so ill have to see how the strength holds up then.
