Im going to give carb cycling a jam for the next 30days using the Mito system without the Mitos. I have the mitos but i wanna see how i go without them and then maybe after 30 days have a few days carb up and do another 20 days with the Mito..

so its going to go

day 1: 150 day 2: 100 day 3: 50g day 4: 50g - Repeat

Im just going to use oats and broccoli as the carb source untill it drives me nuts coz i cant be fucked preparing rice and potatoes for variation.

I have worked it all out and this is how it looks:

Carbs

150g

M1 - 40g - 2/3rds of a cup of oats

m2 - 30g - 1/2 of a cup of oats

m3 - 30g - 1/2 of a cup of oats

m4 - 20g - 1/3 of a cup of oats

m5 - 20g - 2.5 cups of broccoli

m6 - 10g - 1 x Small tomatoe

100g

1 - 30 - 1/2 of a cup of oats

2 - 20 - 1/3 of a cup of oats

3 - 20 - 1/3 of a cup of oats

4 - 20 - 1/3 of a cup of oats

5 - 10 - 1.5 cups of broccoli

6 - 0

50g

1 - 20 - 1/3 of a cup of oats

2 - 10 - Half of 1/3 cup of oats

3 - 10 - Half of 1/3 cup of oats

4 - 10 - Half of 1/3 cup of oats

5 - 0

6 - 0

Protein:

1 - 6 egg whites, 2 yolks

2 - 2 scoops of protein + 10 almonds

3 - 150g Chicken 2 x fishoils

4 - 2 x scoops of protein + 10 Almonds

5 - 150g Chicken or Fish

6 - 2 tablespoons cottage cheese

Chest and Triceps - Lots

I so can't be fucked filling this out tonight. Diet was spot on and i smashed chest and tris.

Nice work man, having just done the mito diet myself i can tell you that the first 5 days are a nightmare, then it is smooth sailing \:D/

Keep up the good work man.

If you are hungry as on the 50g day don't neglect the bit in the book that says it is sweet to up your protein by 10% on those days. So 9 eggs instead of your 6 would sort that out.

wide grip pull downs 12,10,8,6,12

db rows 12 ,12,8,6,12

shoulder width palms facing chin ups - Lots

ez bar curls 12,10,8,6,12

hammer curls 12,10,8,6,12

Starting HIIT and ABS every morning as of tomorrow.

Ok was on 50g carbs today. Dont feel to fatigued, might do tomorrow tho with another day on 50g and legs due tomorrow.

Feeling pretty psyched about this diet am finding it pretty easy so far. Thought it was gunna be shit.. early days tho. Might add the mito in on 1st November.

Pretty keen to get where drizzt was after his cut if it possible. Fats def coming off even after a few shitty meals last weekend.
