Took some jack3d tonight as was feeling abit tired. f*ck it works good if you use it only occasionaly solid pump in chest. 10 mins on tready and i was bored shitless. AM street cardio ftw

Right i have had a short break from the Journal. Training has been continuing as per usual diets been abit iffy. Still getting leaner tho. Want 10% by xmas before i embark on 325mg Test / 200mg Deca in Jan. Looking at 12 weeks deca 14 weeks Test with a ruthless PCT just collecting all the relevant goodies.

Summers coming Beers, Bitches and Bbqs! Better knuckle down now :pfft:

BF still has a fair way to go, but its moving in the right direction. Can't wait to get down so i can come back UP.
