8am: Some gross vegan/juice/ginger drink a chick mate of mine made me. :pfft:

10am: 6 egg whites 3 yolks - scrambled, 1/2 cup oats

11am: Big leg train followed by ABS then 25mins on Treadmill

1pm post workout : single scoop shake and

3pm: 2 scoops of protein wpc and 1/2 oats

6pm: 150g chicken and 1.5 cups of broccoli

WATER: 3LITRES

Going out tonight first time in a while off the booze. Should be amusing watching everyone get shitfaced. Might substitute the beers for something else :shifty: :pfft:

Weighed myself today and was 84kg wtf!? 3 kg drop since wednesday. I suspect water weight. Thoughts?

8:30: 2 egg whites, , 1 cup oats, 200ml Yellow top milk

12pm: 250g cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Oats

3pm: 1 x 180g tuna (never again), 1/2 Oats

6pm 150g Chicken, 1.5 cup broccoli

Training: Chest/Shoulders - 30 mins cardio

9pm: Cottage cheese

WATER: 3 LITRES

Had to make a new hole in my belt today yusss :pfft:

Tuesday 14th/9/2010

Need to goto supermarket so diets abit fucked today

8:30: 1 cup of Oats 2 scoops shake

12:00: 150g chicken 1/2 cup Brown rice

3pm: 1 Pure blonde :pfft: (Launched new boat)

6pm: 2 scoop shake

9pm: Cottage cheese 2 x Novadex

3 litres water and lots of fish oil

No training tonight absolutely wrecked chest last night then didn't have the best sleep... 1 hour cardio AM..
