mint day today, started contracting to this company and will be making decent dosh so keep your money for now WINZ!

had shit all sleep so didn't do cardio in the am...diet was slack too :/

as of today I am back on 5/3/1

lowered my 1rm since i'll be doing a hardout diet soon hopefully i dont crash and burn

pre workout was 2 x playboy cans + chicken+ couscous

lots of indian sleeve rollers were hogging the benches with their massive 15s per side so I had to f*ck around for a bit on random chest machines to warm up

did a job in some rural area today (wayy after Tuakau/bombay) sort of got lost but man it's pretty nice out there...however 2 hours were wasted to find the router in the wrong portacom with no working patch panels/fiber optic connection to the other portcoms ... easy money I guess (would of prefered to leave after having that site up and running )

did legs at the gym today, nothing special still first week of 5/3/1 except I bumped up the weights a bit not because I felt like being the man, but I was lazy and saw there were heaps of 20s/10s in my area and no 5s/2.5kg plates

my membership expired so no gym till monday...thinking of paying cash for another 12 months (a year for 485 is too good to miss out on IMO)

last week I went and saw our gym's "Strong man comp" it was more of a power lifting thing though... 3 lifts for squat/bench/deadlifts then after that they did some tire flipping and pull ups...I left after the Power lifting thing was done, as did WBJ...some people from the gym are pretty strong, you also got to see the 1/4 squats lol...was not impressed with the spotters though one guy failed his squat and was sort of stuck under the bar (had the safety bars for the powercage) and was told to roll under the bar! even people who fail at bench got help when it was too late! some massive fella called Warren won it I think, however there was this crossfit guy who did real great too , maybe I should crossdress and do some crossfit to be stronger...who knows? :shrug:

been fucking around lately/going AWOL from the gym plus the weekend booze are not helping...had a bro call me today saying he got some sticky icky and if I was keen on some...was so tempting (you would be too for a free fiddy bag) but I said NO...today at the gym there was the resident tight shirt sleeve rolling up fella parading around with his uniform ...a few mins later he has a Zyzz style low cut singlet that's a few sizes small his belly was out and his tits were hanging out...now I am no homosexual but his tits were big enough to titty f*ck...I think looking at them milk duds raised my test level a bit....

I am regretting buying them prawns now eh...waste of 20bucks, that's like half a box of whole chicken through hook ups, or 2kg of chicken breasts (I get them at 10.50 the whole year...hardly goes on special though :( )

looking forward to highlife now... lucky for me I got a bus ticket for that shit too wondering which bus to catch though, also seems like as of late lots of fatties want to hit the juice and that would give it a bad rep...wondering if dave should hold on for longer so he can get the best bang per buck of it...

random thought of the day... ever since I stopped taking creatine (maybe been about a week ago) I look and feel a bit leaner and don't have that bloat anymore, now I know creatine stores water intramuscular so that feeling/look of being bloated shouldn't really exist....right?

...not a special day but I have eaten shit all today and it showed, not too long to go before I go on vaction and my mate dave starts posting, he's a smart kid as he's now able to read and write but can't make another account so he will post on mine since I am going to give him my pc

this be Dave, Crazyfacials is on leave and I am too stupid to learn how to create a new account so we're going to share it... I live in the same house as him so we have the same IP address and our devices share the same MAC addresses, our writing style and grammar is similar because CF/ND taught me how to read and write.

Anyway for the last month my diet has been very shit...morning would be Maccas's breakfast lunch would be BK and dinner would be wendys...strong bulk I know however it's being changed now, in the past I've run Titan Clen and it was good, at the moment I got a homebrand clen (?) dosed @ 200mgc per 1 ml, it tastes like it's watered down compared to the titan one but from a google search some brands do taste like watered down vodka and this is pretty much how it tastes ...took .4ml today (80mgc) no side effects so far so hopefully once I hit 100 I can feel it.

Did a cardio session on the cross trainer for 1 hour and burnt 800 cals, will go back in the evening for Chest/triceps and maybe another 20min on the xtrainer

took .5ml clen today (100mgc) no jitters , felt a bit hotter but could be due to the weather

first time I lift in about a month or so.... so I decided to go light-ish

80kg x 5 (f*ck felt heavy as f*ck...wasn't long ago that CF and I both did this for 15 reps each)

90kg x 5 (as above, but made me make noises I never knew I was capable of )
