decided to start a keto diet today

breaf-kisset was 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs and 2 strips of chicken bacon

snack 1 was 1 scoop of myofusion cookies and cream + 1 tea spoon creatine...the myo made my guts bubble and I think I have mud butt!

still gotta think of the next meals, maybe grilled chicken and veges for lunch

100kg x 8 ...by now I found out that the bar I got was the fat bar and I have tiny girly hands (any hgh people wana sponsor me, i'll run a log for you, has to be natty hgh though) and I was too lazy to get a normal sized bar so I decided to soldier on

180kg x 4 (personal best) I wanted to take off my shirt and spin it over my head and celebrate soccer style but decided against it.

Couldn't sleep last night cause of the missus trolling me and kept on calling, how the hell am I meant to get natty gains with lack of sleep?

anyway did shoulders and traps today (yes I still have a fucked up bursa)

20 mins rotator cuff warming up + some silly lateral raises variation the osteopath gave me (get some lightish weights and do 10 reps of 0-45 degrees, then 10 reps from 45 to 90...then 10 from 0 to 90 with your arms out straight...even with 5 kgs after doing the 4 sets of 30 reps you get your ass kicked)

reverse flyes (machine)

4 sets of 10 @ 120 lbs

phaggot press (dunno the machine name but that's what hhhh1 named it for me on fb...god rest his soul)

35kg on each side 4 sets of 8 reps a side...my fucked up shoulder hurt a bit

You're not looking bad man. Second pic is dark as, but whatever. Your abs are showing, and there's a few veins there. If I were you, I'd play with my diet a bit. If you're not losing a kilo a week, reduce carbs, increase protein and shit like that.

Still a while a way, and you've got plenty of time to get into shape and then refine. But the quicker you get into shape, the easier it is on you.

yeah got to take pics this week so I can compare 17 weeks away vs 11/10 away, can feel the veins but they are not showing on my lower stomach. the diet is pretty much very low on carbs, my only carb intake is the morning oats (3/4 cup) + 100 g of frozen berries or the watties lite sliced apricots, weight is about 83-84...need to be 75kg comp day
