Beginners cycle for newbie

As I'm likely to go test prop shortly I'll have to rotate sites based on this info. Have no scaring to date, but then don't really want to develop any.

What are the easiest ones?

Delts (which I use)

Glutes?

Quads?

Pecs?

delts, glutes and quads is fine thats six sites right there, more than enough if you rotate, traps another easy one to do by yourself and pretty safe too if you can forget about your spinal cord being so close. ther another one i used to use between glute and quad up by hip, but havnt done in long time

delts over glutes? :lol:

tom is right, glute delt quad are fine for eod pinning. if you do want to pin more sites i would probably try lat, pec or trap next. these sites would also be much easier than the rest as they are thick dense muscle fibres, making them easier to penetrate with a less chance of scar tissue build up. these muscle groups also have a huge blood supply :nod:

For me = very difficult.

Mission in itself trying to get the pin in there and then pushing the plunger down was very slow or it wouldnt go in at all.

Sounds like you've been getting similar problems as what I have....

My physio reconed to rub over the hard lumps under my skin for several minutes as often as I could, said it would loosen things up...

Never seemed to work too much, I found rotating the needle as I inserted worked pretty well, to get the thing in... (not spinning, just twisting left/right).... Sort of screwing the thing in... :pfft:

When I'd got the needle all the way in, I pull it out slightly & push back in whilst injecting...... This seemed to get over the problem of nothing coming out.........

I always warm the oil too this seems to help it go in quicker...

But some of my stuff is better than others at coming out...

My Iranian Enanthate & Mexican Boldernone is great, but the testaviron from Bayer labs always seems to stick fast in the end of my bloody needle...

I use a special syrynge with a screw on top because I'm sick of pushing that hard to get the stuff out, the needle blows off the bloody end & I get covered in oil.... :pfft:

wipe in one direction too. one swab one wipe.

and don't forget to aspirate. you don't wanna be running round freaking out cause you can't breath. not a nice feeling :pfft:

Is that injecting into a vein, also does that mean what u injected was a waste??

Don't think you'd inject directly into the vein itself, If your needles are long enough you might be unlucky & hit one, but pass through & go deeper into the muscle..........

I don't asperate, so have hit veins before but dont find out till after I've pulled out, & I get a mini blood fountain......

A quick rub seems to do the trick....

I inject my quads & use a blue 30mm, I consider this deep enough...

I would appreciate any comments on my policy of pushing through a vein, & continuing injecting into the deeper muscle tissue.........??

hey guys just a quick question. I did my 4th injection 2night of test E and noticed when i aspirated i got a huge vacuum and seen the small bubbles blow up, which to my knowlegde is normal and ready to go. When i injected it was really hard i mean i actually had to press hard. Everything when ok but whats concerning me is my other 3 injections, all when aspirating didnt really have that vacuum and a bubble shot into the syringeon all 3. And injecting was slow but way faster than tonight. Im worried that the injection tonight was done right and my 1st 3 werent. Is it possible that the 1st 3 werent deep enough?

is that good or bad (the connective tissue) also i am using 1'' needles and the first 3 i had about 2-3mm hanging out but the last one i held it right in. Is the muscle deep or shallow under the skin?

its fine mate, stop worrying. to answer your question... No your first 3 injections were not a waste. itll all work.

Did you ask a random nurse at your gym how to do it?

One of 2 things.......

Not a random she owns the gym (shes an ex nurse) and not how to do it.

I had already been doing my cycle and ask for advise about what i was doing just to make sure everything was ok i dont no anyone that does roids where im from so i think you couldnt get better tips about injecting other than a nurse and she has been very helpful it gave me more confidence about doing my shots now

Not a random she owns the gym (shes an ex nurse) and not how to do it.

I had already been doing my cycle and ask for advise about what i was doing just to make sure everything was ok i dont no anyone that does roids where im from so i think you couldnt get better tips about injecting other than a nurse and she has been very helpful it gave me more confidence about doing my shots now

Hey guys im 3 weeks into my test enanthate cycle now and just started to notice over the last few days trouble starting to piss, such as perhaps a 10second delay before anything happens. I have researched urinary problems whilst on gear and enlarged prostate resulted my findings.

Does this mean the begining of my natural testosterone is starting to stop??

Oh..... Doesn't sound too good....

I'm having problems where I'm pissing frequently (too bloody frequently)..

Enlarged prostrate pressing on my bladder seems to be the general consensus of oppinion..

Although I am drinking shit loads....

If you've pain, passing blood, or stinking discoloured urine, then I would suggest you see a Doctor..............

no pain, blood or discolouring but a little stinkier than normal its not bothering me, i was just wondering if its the begining of my test e kicking in.

I just got back from a back workout and i did notice an unbeleavable ability

to smash out more reps and slightly higher weights it was a feeling ive never had before felt soo concentrated while repping. Early days yet ......
