Hey guys just don't expect your HPTA to restart in any short time on CB. You need to be committed to the long haul so best not treat it lightly. There are plateaus in this philosophy so move your compounds in & out of the "cycle" to keep the body guessing. This definately becomes a lifetime committment after a year or two on.

Yeah I have done BC, 250mg of test e every 10 days for the cruise, 1000mg of various compounds every 6 days for the blast. I would blast for 12 weeks and cruise for 8 weeks.

You going to be running HCG at all while doing BC.

You need to make sure you can always 100 per cent be able to get hold of gear. No good if you and your source have run out and you need to wait for 4 weeks before the next lot arrives.

There are PCT protocols you can follow when you come off BC but are you prepared to go on a life time of TRT should you need to.

Like musclenz says not to be taken lightly. The longer you do it the more committed you need to become.

how did you find the gains when you were "blasting" as good as been "off" and going on?

Cruize blasts are great. the key is a good prime before the blast. not as harsh as a pre contest diet but is enough to get the body ready for some serious gains, similar to a post contest rebound. dosages are usually higher on a blast cruise than normal and its not recomended for beginner. a good prime involves carb cycling. 3 low one high and is usually done for 6-8 weeks then you blast for 4 weeks or so hard and heavy. short esters are ideal.
