Thanks for all the comments guys :grin: time between the two photos is 2 years of on and off training and dieting.

I hate to use the term 'hardgainer' but as you can see even from my first pic that is 15kg heavier than my starting weight i was still a stick, but hey good things take time! :shock:

Wow! Congratulations on your gains. To be honest when you came on this site 2 years ago I thought you were just a dreamer but you have truley proven me wrong. Your upper body is really good, nothing like a good set if delts, train legs just as hard. Well done :clap:
