Pre workout stimulants

Is it just me or do I really like stimulants? I used to get this concoctionfrom Netrition a few years ago by AST I think....twas a great mix of ephedrine and 19-nor-4 Andro. First I would start grunting a little, then sweat a little, grunt some more, then at the first sign of an attractive member of the opposite sex....well the rest is history.

Workouts were pretty good too.

Sounds like you should be sticking to those espressos before gym....and make them singles :pfft:

I've always found that if you eat a good meal 2 to 3 hours before a work out that gives me a bit of energy before the workout. than heaps of water through out the day, especially now with the heat etc. a Sugar free V on my way in the door and I'm off. :) one of these days I;ll try something harder.

I find having a protein/carb meal about 1-2 hrs before working out works for me... I like keeping things simple :)

I know what you mean! I have a 4 month old son, so I regularly only manage to grab 5-6 hours asleep at night. Unfortunately my body doe not seem to be affected by caffeine, so keen to hear how the AMP goes!!!

I've just purchased some BSN No-Xplode as part of the 'mass stack' from http://www.bodysculpt.coz, so wll let you know how that goes as well!

Well, I've just had my first shot of BSN's NO-Xplode. I thought today was an ideal time as my son had a rough night, so I only managed to get 5 hours of broken sleep and REALLY didn't want to miss my training session.

Wow! Dunno if here was a placebo affect going on or not, but I took my dose one hour after dinner, then worked out half hour after that. I was really focused on the muscles I was working on each and every exercise and managed to get a couple of PB's at the sme time - no lethargy or low motivation at all. The pumps were good as well.

The only problem is, it's now nearly 10pm and I am still wired. It's almost like ecstacy (Yes, I had a period in my younger days of taking the illegal drugs that wouldn't make me bigger!)

I guess the label was right when it said not to take it upto 4 hours before you want to go to bed...

Apparently, it will really improve vascularity and make your veins pop if you do a full tub, so I will do a proper supplement review once I've finished it.

Ok well I'm finding this Ergopharm Amp really works for me. I've used it twice so far. On consecutive Fridays - back day. I took two caps about an hour before my workout on an empty stomach. Granted it does not give the kick that the good old ECA did but it definitely has something which helped with my concentration dramatically.

I will try 3 x caps tomorrow for chest & biceps day & see how it goes.

A big thumbs up for me on this one so far.

Im a student too, screw the pricey supplements mate.

buy a big bottle of caffeine, i got 200 tabs for 20$

oh and a muffin, full of sugars 20 mins pre workout is enuff to do it !

dont really believe in taking too many stimulators as eventually ur body gets used to it ?
