Cant seem to find my old journal so thought ild make a fresh one,and stick to it this time :D

Currant goal is to lean up get to around 12% by the end of the year

Stats atm,72kg about 5'8 and i recon about 16% bf

I eat the same thing everyday,will continue with this for the next 5 or so months.

5.00-Jet fuel pyro x 2 tabs,First day on these

5.30-Bananna x1,4x egg whites,slim milk,30g whey.2x fish oil tabs,1x multi vit

8.30-1/2 cup oats, 30g whey,half can peaches,2x fish oil tabs and a green tea.

11.00-185g tuna,heapsa salad

2.00-185g tuna green tea

3.30-2x jet fuel pyro tabs

4.00-Pre work out shake-Bananna x1,4x egg whites, 1/2 cup oats slim milk,2x fish oil tabs

6.00-Mostly Tuna or chicken with scrambled egg whites and coldsaw.

Trian at home atm,Will join back up at a boxing gym in the next couple of weeks \:D/ cant wait
