So I decided to give this Bear Circuit a go:

Deadlifts x 7 @ 40kg

Cleans x 7 @ 20kg

Squats x 7 @ 40kg

Push Press x 7 @ 20kg

BB Rows x 7 @ 40kg

5 Rounds - 16.59

Summary - :shock: Holy shitballs, this kicked my arse! NB for next time could go heavier on the Cleans and lighter on the BB Rows (were ok to start with but after 3rd set became quite freckin heavy!)

Then did Step Class
