Weights sesh was not enough for me. I like to do abit more volume than that but have been training with a couple of guys which is awesome for pushing me but I def wanna add abit more back into these Monday sessions.

That sucks! Sorry to hear that MG... but it seems wierd that it's only squats, not lunges, GHR or hacks... which are pretty damn good, btw.

Thanks TFB yeah it does suck! I know it's strange how it just seems to be back/front squats?? Must be something technical lol :shrug: coz yeah doesn't hurt at all doing the other exercises... ah well at least I can do those...
